The Workshop Workshop is a half-day, hands-on session for people who design, lead, or facilitate workshops, working sessions or other structured collaboration. And whether you do that as part of a product or design role, with clients, or inside your own organization.

It’s for anyone who has ever opened a blank FigJam or Miro board, written Goals at the top, and thought: Okay, but how do I make this actually useful?

We’ll work on the parts that determine whether a workshop creates movement or simply fills time:

  • Turn “we need alignment” into something you can actually design for.

  • Have a plan. Be willing to abandon parts of it.

  • Pick activities because they produce outcomes, not because they came free with your Miro template.

  • Hear from more than the people who can think out loud at top speed.

  • Know what to do when the room goes quiet, one conversation takes over, or the decision refuses to happen.

  • End with a real next step, not a screenshot of the board and “we’ll circle back.”

You’ll leave with a more confident facilitation approach, practical structures you can reuse, and a workshop design framework you can apply directly to your work with a team or client.

Workshops can be more than a room full of sticky notes. Let’s make them worth people’s time.
